By registering for this tournament the player acknowledges they have a full understanding of the tours policies, and will abide by those policies.
The player/payee acknowledges that all payments will be processed on the tournament registration deadline date, and it is the responsibility of the player/payee to ensure funds are available for payment. In the event a payment is rejected the player is subject to being removed from the tournament unless payment can be made in a timely manner. No starting time will be issued to any player who has not paid their entry fee in full.
